Tauna Batiste
Project Manager

Tauna Batiste is Project Manager for Benefactors Counsel. Prior to joining Benefactors, she served a dual role at the international corporate headquarters of Limited Brands (which includes Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, Henri Bendel, etc.), working as a project analyst in Enterprise Transformation Services while serving as executive assistant to the executive vice president of that division. She worked previously in case management and client support in health and human services and she has also managed grants for a local non-profit organization.

Ms. Batiste has an undergraduate degree in youth ministry from Taylor University and is pursuing a graduate degree in nonprofit management at Eastern University. For many years, she has worked with youth in several capacities—with such organizations as YMCA Fort Wayne, City of Columbus, Youth for Christ, Triumphant Christian Center, and Leo Yassenoff Jewish Community Center. She also volunteers with the Center for Healthy Families and the Electrical Workers Minority Caucus of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. Through these combined experiences she brings a holistic approach to her work. Her appreciation for the accomplishments of non-profit organizations, together with her fervor to see them succeed, creates the passion she brings to each day.
